Summer Vacation
Martin and the rest of the family packed up in June and headed to the northern reaches of the US. We put Martin, the dog, a fish, a plant, and Mom and Dad in the car and headed up to upstate New York for two months. It's remote and relaxing up here in the woods, but there's no internet, so there are no pictures, which explains why we've been MIA for the past few weeks. We've had tons of fun and have gone on all kinds of adventures. We've hiked, we've swam in the lake, we've taken boat rides, and gone on tons of walks. It's been a great summer and Martin's grown up into quite a mountain man.
Martin and Mom spent this weekend with the Cohens in Boston. We've had a ball checking out their 'hood and the city of Boston itself. We'll be sad to head back to the lake tonight. Thanks to them, I have just a few pictures I can post. Check out a few shots from our trip to Boston, then check out Gabby's blog for the extended set of pictures. Have a great summer, and we'll see you when we're back home in August!
